ACCORDING TO GERMAN STATISTICS. (Reo. October 27, 9.36 p.m.) Amsterdam, October 26. Berlin papers state that up to Sep-i teinber 21 the prisoners in Germany were as follow: — Officers. Men. French - 2472 146,807 Russian 2164 104,524 Belgians , 547 31,378 English 218 '8,669 Totals ~.' 5401 291,378 The prisoners include 27 generals. TSAR AND ITALIAN PRISONERS.(Reo. October 27, 9.35 p.m.) Rome, October 26. The Italian prisoners whom the 'Tsar proposes to send to Italy number 6000.
