The Citadel was again crowded to the back wall last evening, when Commissioner Richards spoke on tho text, "This is the last time" (from St; John's Gospel), ill which ho made a strong and alTecting appeal to his hearers to fight the good fight to tlieir last breath.' Tho Commissioner will be farewelled at South Wellington this evening, and on Friday next will-leave for Auckland, where ho will bo farewelled on Sunday liext. To-morvow week he will leave for Vancouver by the Makura.
