Administration of Estates.—The Ocean Accident and Guarantee Corporation issues bonds guaranteeing the proper administration of deceased poisons' estates.— Advt. All tho dock gates at Leith are now closed to tho general public, and those having business at the docks are required to have it carried through some time between the hours of 6 in tho morning and G in the evening. Any person in tho docks must stop when challenged, otherwise, according to tho notice, ho is liablo to be shot. At UO p.m. to-day Messrs. C. W. Price and Co. will sell the coutonts of eovoii rooms, on the promises, No. 0 Mowbray Street.
