Hindmarsn, were present at the monthly meeting of tho .Harbour Board, held last evening. Messrs. R. A. Wright, J Trevor, and C. W. Jonea were granted leave of absence.' ' In the statement of finances the credit balance to tho current account was shown as £21,534 9s. Bd.; the imprest account, £1182 195., and on fixed deposit, £60,000. The payments were: For interest, accounts, and wages, £18,874 15s. 7d.; progress payments for contracts, £4188 Us. 2d.: and October salaries, £971 3s. lid. The chairman; announced that the two electric cranes ordered for the Pipitaa Wharf (Shed No. 1) had been shipped from London. The tenders for the erection of the wharf closo in November next.
