ALLEGED EMBEZZLEMENT
CIVIL SERVANT ACCUSED. (By Telegraph.—Press'Association.) Christchurch, October 19. Andrew Costello, Assistant Receiver of Land Revenue for the Canterbury district, was arrested to-night, and charged with misappropriating a sum of £54. ■ Costello was remanded to-day on bail amounting to £200. Other charges are pending.
