The Boy Scouts held a very successful church parado at St. Luke's Church, (jroytow'ii, on Sunday. Out of 80 boys somo 60 wero present. Tho Rev. A. T. B. Pago (their cliaplain) addressed tho boys.

The opening mateli of tlio Grcytown Rifle Club's season took place at tho Papawai rnngo on Saturday last. Owing to the golf season boing unfinished, and other attractions, only six marksmen wore in attendance. Shooting for 31 r. fialfour's trophy resulted in a win for llilleman E. Lepldn, who tiod with a scratch man o(T tho riflo, and by using ono of Ilia handicaps only secured a win.
