CANTEENS ON TROOPSHIPS
Regulations have been issued on tho troopships of tho Now Zealand Expeditionary Force for, the control of tho canteens. It is provided that a committee will bo appointed on each transport by tho O.C. troops, with tho officer commanding as chairman. A commissioned officer will bo appointed by .tho committee, and he will be responsible for the carrying on of all 'anteona duties. Price-lists will bo printed and published on each ship, nntl payment will lie by coupons only, which may be purchased at the canteen. Major G. T. Hall, A.S.C., has been appointed canteen supervisor.
