Lusk (7( who were two up on the colonel.
LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP. WON BY MRS. WILLIAMS, OF MASTERTON. (By Telegraph-Prese Association.; Dunedin, October 14. ino final for the New Zealand-ladies' gpif championship, over 36 holes, was Played to-day in- perfect weather, when Mrs. Williams, of Masterton, beat Miss E. Bell, of Wellington, 6 up and 4 to play. Miss Bell was o down at starting' out on the second round in the /afte£ (noon but put up a good fight till dbrmy 5 was-reached. Miss Bell lost the next holo The Consolation Match resulted in a win for Miss Duthie (Wellington), all square, Mrs. M'Carthy (St. Clair) being second, 6 down. The tie for the Donnelly Cup between Miss Glendining and Miss M'lntosh was won by the former. Miss Bell beat Miss Harris for tho second' trophy.
