TEACHERS AND EDUCATION BILL
MARLBOROUGH INSTITUTE., (By Telegraph.—Press' Association.) Blenheim, October 14. The, Marlborough Educational Instituto is dissatisfied with tho work of the Education Committee. The teachers bore wish tho proposal of the Now Zealand Educational Instituto, as given before the Education' Committee, carried out. On the subject of salaries, tho MarlboroUgh Instituto holds that the new scale .should operate as from January 1, 1915, instead of April 1, 1914, and that present Grade V teachers should bo able to rpach a salary of £300.
