WELLINGTON INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION

Tho Wellington Industrial Association met last night in the association's rooms. Mr. C. B. Norwood presided. I The Minister of Education, the Hon. Jfiincs Allen, wrote acknowledging receipt of a letter from the association containing recommendations of a special committee which waited on the Wellington Education Board recently in respect, to the Education Bill. , The Minister intimated that, while every consideration would be given to the recommendations, he was afraid they had come rather lato as the Bill was sow .through the special committee.— Tho communication was received. Messrs. L. T. Watkins, M. Manthel, .and A. M. Wilson were appointed a visiting committee to visit some of the industries.
