The average shipment of oil to Scandinavian countries has increased twofold since the war began, and it is believed Germany is obtaining supplies in this way. SERVIAN PRIEST HANGED. (Rec. October 11, 4.20 p.m.) •' Petrogratl, October 10. The "Sviet" states that Austrian officers at a service in Shabatz Cathedral, in Sefvia, ordered tho priest to pray' for Emperor Francis Joseph. . The priest, however, reoited the usual prayers for King Peter of Servia. The Austrians hanged tho priest. •
