It may not be generally known that deserters from tho British Army and Navy are usually pardoned if they rejoin tho colours during war-time. Messrs. C. R. Donnelly, to offer by public auction, at the King's Theatre,' Hastings, on Friday, October 23, commencing at .2 p.m., that valuable freehold property, known as Cnssoge Estate, and consisting of about 2000 acres, subdivided into 22 blocks, carymg in area from ,30 to 590 acres.
