OUTER DEFENCES OF TSINGTAU TAKEN Tientsin, October 5. According to reports from Tsi-nan-fu, during tho naval bombardment at Taingtau three Gorman batteries at Fort Bismarck were put out of action; and the adjacent barracks fired.
