SEIZURES IN BELGIUM AND FRANCE , (Rec. October 6, 8.10 p.m.) Zurich, October 5. 'A non-profit-making company ha* been formed with a capital of £215,000 under the control of the German War Office to ,talte over all 'stocks of wool requisitioned by the German Army in Belgium, France, and Russia. Thoso slacks will be distributed among the manufacturers in .proportion, to the military contracts they have received. Largo stocks have already been seized in Belgium and Franco, and also on the Russian frontier, where the Russians unloaded many trains for the purpose of transporting troops. Germany hopes the campaign in Russian Poland will result in tho occupation of other toxtilo centres, providing manufacturers with further supplies of the caw material. ''
