THE WELLINGTON CiLTJB. In the semi-final for the club championship between R. L. D. Eidston and- L. C. Hake, the former won on the 15th green. In the final of 36 boles, Kidston was beaten by A. D. S. Duncan, the holder, by 8 up and 5 to play. Tiio annual match between the Miramar and Wellington Clubs was played on Saturday, and resulted in a win for Wellington, by 8 matches to 5, 3 games being halved. _ The following are the results, Wellington players mentioned first:—A. Roberts beat G. 0. Sutton, 7 and 5; A. S. MacSbane and P. B. Cooko halved; R. W. Kirkby lost to R. P. Ward, 6 and 5; W. B. Lees and R. G. Scott halved; A. E. Wlvyte beat E. H. Liddlo. 2 and 1; G. H. Fell beat W. E. A. Gill. 6 and 5; V.H. Reed beat V. G. Rhind, 4 and 2; F. G. Dalzioll and Dr. Buck halved; C. Pea-rce lost to R. D. Kelly, 4 and 3; W. E Fussoll lost to B. Triggs, 3 and 2; C. A. Entries close Wednesday, October 14. HU'IT CLUB'S CHAMPIONSHIP. : The Hutt Golf. Club's championship, 1914, has been won by J. L. Climie. Members who qualified were: J. L Climie, . H. R. H. Balneavis, C. G Allen, J. R. Callender, G. C. Schmidt, W. Brodriok, A. H. Treadwell, and last year's champion, R. C. Kirk. The final was played between Climie and Kirk over 36 holes on Dominion Day, and resulted in a win for the former 12 up and 11 to play.
