WHEAT PRICES IN THE WEST. ■ Perth, October 5.
The Trade/ Control Commission has fixed the maximum retail price of wheat as follows:—First grade 4s. 10d., second 4s. 6d., third 4e. 2d. .
PACIFIC ISLANDS TRADE., . Sydney, October 5.' Permission has been granted for the exportation of normal quantities of sugar, meat, wheat, and flour to tho South Sea Islands, including the New Hebrides and Papua.
