For insobriety, Gustav Sonneberg was fined 10s., Thomas M'Loughlin £1, and Frank Adair was sentenced to one month s imprisonment. ■ Louis Domb pleaded guilty, to five oharges of the theft of small amounts of money (the total sum was £6 9s. 5d.) belonging to Henry Innes, a town carrier, by wliom ho was employed as the driver of a delivery van. Domb wae remanded till to-morrow for sentence, and bail was allowed him.
