[The reply was to the effect that the market was ..rather dull, and there was no. I movement in .prices., The merchantwho was consulted said there was practically little business being done,- as everyone was waiting for the report of the Foodstuffs Commission now hourly sxpeoted. The proclamation fixing the price of wheat and flour, on the lines of the, recommendation of the Food Commission, j has i.'ot yet been issued, some details in connection with the matter etill requiring adjustment.
