MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, 5.M.,. presided over a sitting of the Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning. Clara Algar was formally convicted for drunkenness, and fined. 10s., with •court costs 7s. on each of two charges of committing breaches of her prohibition order. i'or drunkenness, Florence Emeny and Albert Whito were each lined £1 or three days, and. Mary Johnston fined £2 or seven days. Ten first offenders were dealt with. .
