HATAITAI CLUB.' The annual meeting of. the.Hataitai Bowling 'Club was held ■ last night. The annual report, which was adopt-; edj stated that the membership of the club- is ■ now. ,82, including seven hon. ineinbers. The financial position of the club shows an improvement on former years. .At last animal meeting a de.'Venture 'scheme was submitted and vpproved. Promises to take up debentures •to theamount.of £125 were given, bnt up to date four , £5 debentures had been issued, and partial payments to the ex-' tent of £9 ss. -have been made on account of 16 debentures. If the financial needs, of the' club , ''were not relieved 'by the willing co-operation of members the directors would have to 1 seriously coiisider the advisability of calling up the balance of the share money., bal-ance-sheet; which ' was also., adopted, showed a dobifbnlance of £15 4s. lid. ■■.The election of officers resulted as follows :—President, Mr. J.
