AT THE CAMP ELECTIONS. An alleged breach of the Licensing Law in connection with the recent voting a.t the military camps was referred to in tlie House of Representatives yesterday. Mr. Harris asked the Prime Minister if it was a fact that tho iiquor party had been circulating mock ballot papers in the concentration camps with the object of asking the contingenters to vote for Continuance, and rf so, was such action in conformity with the law'. ■The Prime Minister replied that this was the first he had heard of it. If it was done, he thought it was a very improper thing to do, and it was not in conformity with fflie law.
