.- r~-«— —' y. MONTHLY MEETING. The Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board met yesterday aftornoon, the Roy. W. A. Evans presiding. Thero were also present: Mrs. D. M'Laren, Dr. Elizabeth Platts-Millsi, Dr. F. W. Mackenzie, the Rev. H. Van Staveren, the Rev. J. K. Elliott, Messrs.F. Castle, D. Campbell, H. Freeman, W. Galloway, B. R. Gardener, J. W. M'Ewan, D. M'Laren, F. T. Moore, D. Rohertson, Jj- Smith, and G. Nash. On the recommendation of the.Hospital Committee, it was decided that the" hequest of £100 from the esfrto of the late S. AV. Lockwood be invested and kept as a separate fund.account. ■ In ordor to nialte provision for extending the Nurses' Home an application ia to be made to the' Public Works Department to obtain a deviation .of the road on the norfchorn side leading to the Home for Aged Needy. Authority was given for the house steward to purchase a lawn mower (to cost'£4). and ISOO.to 2000 dozen esegs.
