UNION DISPUTE AT GREYMOUTH'. Creymouth,' September 16. This evening, Mr. Justice Hoslring delivered, judgment in the case of the Groymouth Wharf .Labourers' Industrial Union of Workers (the-old union), whidli made application to the Court to determine certain questions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, shipping companies . and the Groymouth Port Watprsiders' -Union (the newunion), being cited as defendants. His Honour dismissed the. case, with ten guineas disbursements to the shipping companies and the new union. Mr. O'Regair appeared for the plaintiff union, Mr. Hannan for .tlio shipping companies, and Mr. Kitchingham for the defendant union.
