SENTENCED TO DEATH
FOR WIFE MURDER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 1, 8.55 p.m.) Sydney, September 1. William King, charged with the murder of his wife, has Deen found guilty and sentenced to death. The jury's verdict included a . recommendation to mercy on account of King's strained relations with his wife. On May 16, the body 1 of Mrs. King, with the head almost severed from the body, and a broken razor near,, was found outside her house. , Mrs. King had the,day previously obtained a maintenance, order against her husband, who visited the house, and had a wordy row with his wife.
