CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER DISMISSED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.). . Auokland, August 28. Hearing of the charge of manslaughter against Samuel Dunraow Chiles was concluded at the Supreme-Court torday, act cused being acquitted. The charge rer suited from the death of a man named Swainson, who died after a 'football match at Otorohanga. The medical evidence showed that death might have resulted from injuries received during the match, and at His Honour's suggestion the jury found accused not guilty.
