ITALY'S NEUTRALITY ALREADY OP ADVANTAGE. (Rec. August 24, 10.15 p.m.) Paris, August 24. ( M Delcasse, Minister of War, in an interview, said Italy's neutrality has •already been of great advantage to the Allies. It was not for a foreigner to say whether she should dopart from hor neutrality, .but circumstances might arise making this advantageous. The map of .Europe will be entirely/rearranged for a oentury, and tho nest Congress will have a heavier task than that after ■Waterloo Italy has nothing to fear from England, France, and Russia, who have no possible objection to the realisation of Italy's aspirations.
