TWENTY ARMY CORPS ON THE MARCH FIGHTING ON POLISH FRONTIER (Rec. August 23, 10 ' a.m.) St. Petersburg, August 21. . The Russians, having occupied Lyck, are nowjidvaiicing onXotzen. 30 miles to tho north-west in a straight lino to Konigsberg, on tho Gulf of Dantzig. The army invading Prussia consists of twenty army corps under tho command of the Grand Duko Nicholas. ■ (Rec. August 23, 5,5 p.m.) St. Petersburg, August 22. It is reported that large bodies ,of the Germans' reserves and second reserves are: fightjiig on the Polish frontier, indicating that the first line of troops has been withdrawn westward. (Rec. August 24, 0.5 a.m.)' St. Petersburg, August 22, evening. Tho Russians contimio their offensive movement in.the Gumbimion district. They arc now engaging at least fourtoon German infantry regiments.
