FIGHTING IN SERVIA
AUSTRIANS BRIVEN ACROSS THEDRINA LOSS OF WAR MATERIAL London, August 21. Nish reports that the Servians continue to repulse the Austrians all along the- line. Their artillery destroyed Austrian storehouses at Moldova, on the Austrian, frontier. Five fhips wero set on fire, and a sixth exploded. Several launches and boats were destroyed. (Rec. August 23, 10 a.m.) Nish, August 21. Official.—The. Servians have captured Corsada, and arc advancing upon Visegrad, in Herzegovina. (Ree. August 23, 5.5 p.m.) Rome, August 22. Dispatches from Nish (Sei'via). report that after four days' battle the Servians defeated the Austrians, who had crossed the Drina, near Loznitzn. There were heavy losses on both sides. Many Austrians were taken prisoner. St. Petersburg, August 22. 'Pile Austrians in retreating towards the Brin*. abandoned rich booty, including forty &nns, mostly howitzers, ammunition, field hospitals, and kitchens. FOUR DAYS' BATTLE. (Rec.
