His Majesty, in the same manner as if they were the subjects of His Majesty,'and that they may sue and plead accordingly in all Courts of Justice in- the Dominion- in respect- of all , contracts, rights, injuries and other'causes of matters,' saying always the prerogative right of His Majesty in time of irai to dowith such persons, and all other of, His Majesty's enemies, in. nil respects according to his good pleasure.
