The Parcel Post Mail, per Main Trunk express, closes at tho 0.P.0. at 10.40 a.n,, and for the South, per Ferry Steamer, at ,6 n.m. Parcels _ for dispatoh by eteamcre and trains, with the exception of the usual ferry steamors for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of- closing of mails. -As the last clearance of the city receivers is made at 6 n.m. on Saturdays, all correspondence for the Sunday night Auckland express must ho posted at the Chief Post Office not later than 8 p.m. on Sunday.
