E-eserycd decision was delivered by the Court of 'Arbitration yesteiday in the compensation'case of the Public Trustee (as .administrator of the estate-of T. liailey., deceased), v. the Wellington Farmers' Iteat Company. The deceased. Bailey,'had met bis (Irath in a train «c----cident, and the'question was wlietherthe accident occurred in.the course of his.emSloyment. The Court was of opinion, that eccased was not Hlled in the course of his employment, and judgment' was accordingly'entered for the defendant company, with 5 guineas- costs.
