:_;■•; THE NE,W KATES. : The fortnightly meeting of the Miramar Borough Council was hold last-night. There were present: Councillors Stone (in the chair), Smith,. Underwood, Tracy, Hawthorn, and Dr. Edith Huntly. Prior to the ordinary meeting of the council a special meeting was held to makerand levy rates' for the year ending March.3l; 1915.
