ELECTRIC TRAMS FOR NEWPLYMOUTH
WELLINGTON TENDER ACCEPTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) :. New Plymouth, July 31. Tbe New Plymouth Borough Council to-night completed arrangements to ac-. cept the tender of Messrs. Greenshields and Co., Wellington, for. the installation'of electric trams, including the supply of cars and equipment for the substation. . The total price is £46,926. Messrs. Greenshields, and Co. were the lowest tenderers. The work is to be let in three-contracts, to be completed in fourteen months. ■•'■.'■'
