The lecture to be delivered by Profes. sor Findlay in the Concert 'Chamber of the Town Hall:this evening, at 8 o'clock, promises to bo one of the most interesting of -fhe series of "library lectures" instituted, by'the City Council, aiid all interested in educational matters will doubtless avail themselves of the opportunity of attending. Professor Findlay, who will take as his, subject "The Leading Principles of Educational Reform," is Professor of Education at Victoria University, Manchester, and is visiting Australasia as a member of the British Association for the Advancement of Science. The Minister of Education, the Hon. Jas. Allen will bo in the chair. Admission is free.
