The striko situation is generally oasier, aiul many small businesses have reopened. Tho disorders in tho suburbs were renewed. Two restaurants were demolished, and several conflicts between the cossacks and rioters took place. Many of tho latter were wounded. .. SOLDIERS -AWE,THE STRIKERS. (Rec.
