Hitherto these Toturns hayo not been prepared in detail—totals only have been given. ■ Under.the new system, something like exactitude, will be shown in the returns. Tho initiation of*the 'system really' dates from January, of tnis year, but as it takes some time to' : get into working order, the only return available; up to the present is that for tho month of January.
