In moving the third reading of the Finance Bill, Mr. vLloyd George said he thought iiext year would find a substantial economy in armaments without interforir / in the slightest degree with the efficiency of tho Navy. There were symptoms that the industrial and financial interests of tho world wero beginning to get alarmed at' the growing expenditure on armaments. ■
