At the Petone Salvation Army Barracks last evening, the .Wellington City. Silver Band rendered a musical programme. Bandmaster 11. C. Goflin presided, .and instrumental solos were, rendered by Captain Capron, Band Sergeant Collins, and Bandsmen AV. Judd, Whyte, Imvood. and Pott. Tho band rendered several selections, and a- malo choir sang "The Lifeboat." The Citadel .quartet,party also contributed itenie.
