. . —-*- ENTERTAINED AT LUNCHEON. By Telegrmii—Press Assoclation-CowriEM London, July 21. Mr. Reginald 0. Hare, Secretary to tho West Australian Agency-General in London since 1891, was entertained at a luncheon on tho occasion of his retirement from tho service. Among those present were Sir Gerard Smith (onetime Governor of "West Australia), Sir Robert Nivison, Sir C. Rason (a former Ae:ent-Geiierol of -West Australia), Mr. M'Bride (Agont-General for Victoria), Sir John M'Call (Agent-General for Tasmania), Mr. Moss, and fifty bankers, financiers, and merchants. Sir Now ton Moore (Ae;cnt-General for West Australia) presided. He paid a tribute to Mr. Hare's exemplary discharge of his duties since the Agent-General's Office had been instituted. He had won general approval and appreciation. Mr. Hare was presented with a pair of guns as a mnrk of his friends' esteem. , AUSTIN MOTOE-CAKS.
