BOYS' INSTITUTE CONCERT.
' In the programme for the Boys' Insli-. tute • concert, which is to take place ia the Town Hall on Monday evening, a pleasing feature is the variety of items, lor the promoters have included, a eet of | moving pictures and an exhibition of boxing with th» other concert numbers. A specially interesting point is that one of the elovon-year-old boxers is a' brother of a New Zealand champion, Frank Ellis. A number of talented singers and elocutionists have come to the assistance of the Institute for this their annual concert, and the Tramways Ban/1/ is also giving its services. The boys of the Institute m<, enthusiastic over the, concert, and some of them will tii'obably parade in town with fife and. drum to-night and on Itenday evenin;.
