fy- _ •SESSION CONCLUDED. The Anglican Synod concluded its deliberations yesterday, the Bishop of Wellington (Dr. Spiott) presiding. On the motion of the Ven. Archdeacon Harper, the Synod affirmed the desirability of a Board of Missions being established on a provincial basis, to bo elected by and be under the authority of General Synod. Jlr.
