There are rumours connecting him with the disappearance of tho plans of tho fortifications of Koenigshere fortresses, and although it is semi-offlcially denied that lie is implicated it is widely believed that he has been recalled. •Sergeant Pohl and Dr. Bluimenfhal were arrested on June 25 for selling the plans of Koenigsberg fortresses to Russia.
