OLYMPIC HARRIERS
■ The Olympic Club held .its usual weekly run from the Kclburn Kiosk on Saturday. In spite of the bad wea,tlicr some good.work was gone through by the A, team' especially, which had nracticallv a non-stop run. The .traillayers V (Messrs. ' Wilson, Alabaster, Brown, Poynton, sftul Coad) proceeded through Kelburn to the, hills overlooking Karon Reserve, across the golf links to Karon, thence via -the road to the starting point. Tlie A team, which conceded ; ten "minutes to tlie trail-lay-ers, succeeded in oyertaking. them some distance from home. The B . team were unfortunate -ui missing the trail, and arrived back some minutes-, after the rest. The club lias now decided -to enter a third team. for the coining championships,, and it -is hoped to see a large _muster of 'the-three- teams at tho Basin Reserve next week.' In the event of the P.C.C.C. being, postponed, the- club will bo the guests of ;Mr. D. Alabaster at Brooklyn. '
