One novel" feature of this art union is that prize-winners will he at liberty to select' any pictures or etchings from the galleries to the value 'of'the prize won. -A liew attraction at the : gallery is . a collection of etchings and' lilthographs' by members of the Royal Society of ■ Etchers - jnd Engravers. Mr. Baillie announces that tho pictures will be' on view for two or three weeks' only.
