At tho Riverside, Bill Brandon was ahead of Bcccassine, who was followed by Sir Prim, Lord Groy, Wisconsin, Arquebuso, and Clontaft, with Obi last. Entering tho straight, tho favourite (Clontaft) camo with a rush, caught Bill Brandon, nnd won easily by fivo lengths, with three-quarters of n length between second and third.
