E,-Solomon, Header of the Opposition, moved the following motion of censure on the Government: "That the actiort of the Premier in accepting office subject to certain conditions, and subsequently refusing to carry out such conditions, has been subversive of every prineiplo of Rood government and lias not. met with the approval of the House." The motion was negatived by 14 votes to 13. .
