The latter reiterated that Prince William must abdicate tho Throne of Albania. They said they were willing to negotiate o.i secondary points, and did not intend to attack Durazzo, owing to the presence of foreigners. However, they were determined not to abandon their arms. The insurgents' insistence on a Mohammedan sovereign is regarded as blooking the way to peace. , DEFEAT OF REBELS. Durazzo, June 28.'
