In the Supremo Court this morning, Mr. Justice , Deniiiston delivered judgment in -the caso of Clifford Tasker versus tho Now' Zealand Metropolitan Trotting' Club (an action for compensation in respept of.an accident to tho horse Michael Galindo, sustained by the escape of » draught' ma.ro' into tho training track).- The case was heard sorno timo ago, but,'delivery of tlio judgment was recently postponed. Tlio motion for a nonsuit, or- judgment, for defendant, was dismissed,- plaintiff being awarded judgment for -£200, with costs, with £10 10s. for second, day, second counsel at £3 3s. per day. £1 Is. for order of discovery, and £o.6s>costs of the present motion., •' ;
