COSIMA WAGNER'S DAUGHTER. By Telegraph—Prei?s Association—Copyright (Rec. Juno 21, 5.5 p.m.) Borlin, June 20. At Beyreuth, Frau Isolde Beidler, wife of Herr licidler, conductor of the Court .Opera at Munich, was nonsuited in the action against her mother, Frau Cosima Wagner, widow of tho great composer, io claim the right to describe herself "Nee Wagner."-
Frau Wagner and tier son Siegfried contended that Frau Beidler was a daughter of Cosiina's first husliand, Hans Von Buelow, and not a daughter of Wagner. The suit was based on a statement that, while Cpsima's five children were all born during tho first marriage, which was finally dissolved in 1870, Cosima lived with Wagner as his wife as early as 18G(, and that lie, and hot Buelow, was tho father of the children. Isolde was I»rn in ISGC, and she and the two youngest children, Siegfried and Eva, thft latter tho wife of Mr. Houston Stewart Chamberlain, were recognised until 1912 as Wagner's legitiniatised children*,. fr - ». i.
