(Rcc. Juno 19, 8.20 p.m.) Sydney, Juno 19. A burglar was discovered in the bedroom of Mr. Foxall, secretary to the Japanese Consul. Ho felled Mr. Foxall, inflicting a severe wound on the head, and then escaped.
